There's nothing like a Serena Blair showdown.....

After the announcement earlier this month that Blake Lively is to be the new face for Chanel it comes to no surprise that her Gossip Girl cast mate Leighten Meester (best known as Blair Waldolf)  has said to have landed herself a modelling contract and is said to be the new face of Missoni. Maybe Leighton shares her Gossip Girl alter ego’s competitive streak....

As we all know these two bombshells are no strangers to great style and fashion...
Lively having  been spotted in the front row’s of fashion week next to Vogue’s Anna Wintour, as well as her time spent liaising with Karl Lagerfeld earlier this year sitting front row at the Chanel Haute Couture show during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. Blake was spotted in Paris earlier last month and was said to have been shooting her Chanel handbag ad campaign, the real question is can this Gossip Girl fill the fashionable footsteps of  Nicole Kidman and Keira Knightley?

Meester is currently the face of  Vera Wang’s new fragrance and an ambassador for Herbal Essences, if rumour's of Meester’s Missoni ad campaign is true this will undeniably be a great addition to her escalating modelling portfolio.

Although rumours are not yet confirmed about Meester and Missoni, I'm guessing its probably true!...So i guess this is what being a Hollywood celebrity is all about... Who can seize the biggest ad campaign with the most exclusive fashion house, make the most money and be most popular?  I no doubt am team Lively all the way! So who’s going to win in this Serena/Blair showdown?!  Let the rivalry begin!...
