Mend A Broken Heart With Chocolate

Chocolate Fudge Cake

175g Butter
175g Self Raising Flour
175g light Brown Sugar
1tbs Cocoa Powder
1tsp Baking Powder
3 Large Eggs

Mix everything until it's light and fluffy. Bake in the oven for 35mins @ 170deg.

Filling
125g Light Brown Sugar
170g Evaporated Milk
125g Dark Chocolate
50 g Butter 
Few drops of Vanilla

Put all the ingredients (accept chocolate) in a pan and let it melt on the stove. Switch the stove off, add the chocolate allowing it to melt. Finally pour it over the cake.
